These terms govern the use of the Blue Point Fire Safety website and the preliminary outline of our service engagements.

1. Scope of Services

Blue Point Fire Safety provides professional fire safety consultancy, including but not limited to Fire Risk Assessments, equipment servicing, and safety training. All services are performed in accordance with current UK Fire Safety legislation. Quotations provided via the website are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

2. Client Obligations

For on-site services, the client must ensure our assessors have full access to all areas of the premises. Failure to provide access or relevant safety documentation (e.g., previous logs) may result in an incomplete assessment.

3. Professional Liability

While we strive for maximum accuracy, our assessments are based on the conditions observed at the time of the visit. Blue Point Fire Safety Limited maintains professional indemnity insurance; however, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service rendered.

4. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions.
